Giving Intelligence ‘Tap to Give’ is designed to collect minimal personal information:
(a) For customers: No sensitive personal data is collected or stored when using the app.
(b) For businesses: We collect and store the names, email addresses and mobile numbers that are provided via the mobile application.
2. Transaction Information
We may keep records of any transaction amounts processed through Giving Intelligence products and services for each participating business entity. This information is retained for at least 4 years for taxation purposes.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Stripe. Please refer to Stripe’s privacy policy for information on how they handle payment data.
4. Data Sharing
All data, intellectual property and proprietary information is owned by the Giving Intelligence Pty Ltd. We do not share the email addresses of participating businesses with any external third parties.
5. Data Security
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect the limited data we collect. Our technology partners are selected based on their adherence to high security standards.
6. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy as and when required. Participating businesses may be required to accept any updated terms in order to continue using Tap to Give.
