How much does it cost?
The app is 100% free for not-for-profit charities and businesses. Tap to Give takes a small platform fee from each customer transaction.
We also offer donation kiosks in collaboration with local businesses, which connects local charities with much loved local businesses. To understand more about our donation kiosks, and how we may be able to support—please contact our team who will be very happy to help.
How can we get access to the Launch Program?
For a short period of time, we will only be supporting a small number of not-for-profit charities who are based in Australia—offering to donate kiosks to support their cause. By joining our Launch Program, these not-for-profit charities and local businesses will receive ongoing perks and extra special treatment which will only be offered to those who get onboard during Launch Program time-frame.

How do businesses and not-for-profits receive payment?
We use Stripe to process all payments, which means all payments are 100% secure and transferred directly to your nominated bank account, minus the payment service fees.
You will be given access to your own dashboard and on-demand reports which provides full transparency across all corresponding transactions.
How is the payment taken from the customer?
Payment is taken via Tap to Pay technology—this includes everything from digital wallets & smart watches, through to simply tapping a bank card. We use Stripe as our trusted technology partner for payment processing.
Do you provide us with customer insights?
Yep. Some feel that this is more valuable than the tips and donations. We will send you a detailed visual report, revealing behavioural insights, giving trends and even employee/staff performance summaries.
What does the Tap to Give experience look like?
You’ll have to see it to believe it. We provide a fully customised and highly-interactive experience which is tailored to your brand look-and-feel. The experience is contained within a touch device which will live on your counter (or anywhere you want!).
